昨天诗友绍球兄仿李白“白发三千丈”写了首短诗，我一时兴起，试译成英文。

Days and nights
it keeps singing aloud
of the white hair, three thousand zhangs long
unseverably, and what a surprise
has been combed into many a ray
of white gauzes.

镇日镇夜
吟唱着白发
三千丈，剪不断
竟理出一匹匹白纱
