1. 确有谈判和保密协议，谈判很顺利。桑兰和律师签字同意不透露内容；但未遵守，保险公司将考虑如何应对。（It was a quick negotiation. We negotiated and reached a confidential agreement with Sang Lan. We hope they honor their promise. To release the info is their decison. We will think about what to do with it. ）

2. 保险公司并未向桑兰道歉，相反，保险公司否认所有的指控，因为保险公司没有犯任何错误。(There is nothing we should appologize for, since we did nothing wrong. We deny all the allegations.)

3. 保险公司在过去13年一直依照保单为桑兰理赔相关医疗费用。（We have been paying for her medical expenses in the past 13 years.）

4. 保险公司并未修改保险合同条款。(There is no revison on the insurance policy.)

5. 是否有金钱赔偿，由于协议保密，保险公司不能透露。但否认作出大额赔偿。(We cannot release any details of the agreement. But if she translates the agreement to big dollars, that's not the case.)

6. 协议细节保险公司不予透露。(We canno release any details of the confidential agreement.)

博主注：没看出来桑兰获得了什么重大胜利，也没看出来“13年前没得到的，现在得到了。”另，如果有媒体想求证和确认，建议就在这两天打电话，因为Richard说不会花太多时间回应媒体。
