如果听外语这么难？是否不同语言的两军交战的时候双方互相监听也是非常困难的？

可能监听人员经常听错了或者靠瞎猜，结果错误的理解了敌人的意图导致自己一方的严重损失，可能司令管经常大骂监听部门：＂你们这帮SB，怎么连听敌人的话也听不懂＂。我要是
负责监听部门的参谋就会每次给司令提供情报是说："我们也只能靠猜，许多听不懂，我们向你汇报的内容仅仅供您参考，弄错了自己负责＂
