顺便见到一个回应，讲到crackpttery时，提到两个人在自己主编的杂志上猛灌水并操纵杂志的影响因子。He Ji-Huan应该是指东华大学的何吉欢教授，网上一查，这个国际民科在中国竟是获得大奖的名家。
