We are readers of New Threads (XYS, xys.org), a U.S. based Chinese website dedicated to fighting against academic corruption in China. XYS has been exposing Dr. Chuanguo Xiao's academic misconducts and his fraudulent representation of Xiao Procedure since 2005, and finally drawn the attention of Chinese lawyers and media, whose investigations further revealed more astonishing facts regarding Xiao Procedure.
