I found a list on the web
http://petesplace-peter.blogspot.com/2008/04/peer-reviewed-articles-skeptical-of-man.htmlI don't know if this is what you based on. I estimate that this list contains about 200-300 links. So there are probably at most 300 articles. A large portion are comments and opinions rather than peer-reviewed articles, even though they are published on peer-reviewed journals. The rest that are indeed peer-reviewed, almost none is opposed to the AGW. They are normal scientific discourse debating the details (or interpretation of the details) of scientific discoveries.
It's like saying that papers finding that most of genetic mutations do not have an effect on evolution (whether it's correct or not), disproves the theory of evolution.
If anything, it shows that there is no conpiracy in the scientific community to block the publication of the opposing view. The opposition are just not able to produce peer-reviewed papers, only opinions.
